Seven Tips How to Behave in Any Night Club in New York City

1.Have a nice grin
One thing that is in popular in every night club in New York City is that all the people have a grin on their face. Smiles project self-confidence and joyfulness. And trust me, nobody likes a person who's all really serious on a Friday or Saturday night in a club.

2.Be courteous
Being polite is just a sign of good etiquette. And in a society of people who aren't well mannered you will come as a refreshment to the scene. Always greet people with a smile, make them feel at ease around you and they will love you as if you were made out of gold.

3.Don't hold your drink in front of your torso

Holding a drink in front of you while you talk to somebody means that you are guarding yourself from that person or that you feel discomfort on the story at hand. Lower your beer bottle or put it on a table and don't fiddle with it. You don't want to come off as excited. Show that you feel comfortable with who you are and people will like you.

4.Don't stand still in one spot
People who do so just come off as creepy, especially if they don't have any friends around them. Keep in mind that there are always some weird people in each of the night clubs in New York City, and you have to watch your self and be careful who you meet. On the other hand it's a different situation if you are talking to someone, but standing still all by your self is just plain creepy.

5.Watch your posture
Not many people notice how they hold themselves while standing, as a result they hunch forward at times and as a result come off as being weird. Always stand straight, keep your shoulders slightly back, chest slightly out and keep your hands out of your pockets at all times. You don't want to seam as if you are hiding something.

6.Be careful where you sit down
Many interactions happen at tables and thus how you sit down and where you sit down really matter. You must observe how everybody is sitting at the table and then position your self accordingly. Trust me: you don't want to sit in between two people that seam like a couple or are about to become a couple. Many fights in night clubs start because of stupid things like that. As a rule of thumb ask how they all know each other and then either sit next to the person you wish to talk to or sit on some chair and append to the group in that way.

7.Never talk about any serious and boring stuff – seriously
How many times have you gone to your favorite night club in New York City and only to get there and find your friends all involved into a serious discussion about anything.

IT'S FRIDAY/SATURDAY NIGHT. HAVE FUN AND LEAVE THE DISCUSSIONS FOR SUDNAY
